Parent Coaching
Raising a neurodivergent child is one of the most rewarding — and exhausting — things you can do. You're advocating at school, managing meltdowns, researching strategies, and trying to hold everything together, often without a roadmap.
This coaching is for you. Not the family system, not your child — you. We'll work together to help you understand how your child's brain works, including the executive functioning challenges that drive so much of the behavior that feels confusing or frustrating at home. From there, we build strategies that reduce conflict, improve communication, and help you show up as the parent you want to be — informed, confident, and no longer running on empty.
Whether your child is newly diagnosed or you've been navigating this for years, you deserve support too.
Career Clarity & Strategic Transformation
Feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure of your next move? This coaching is for professionals who are ready to stop guessing and start making intentional decisions about their career.
We'll identify the roles, industries, and environments where your strengths actually shine — then build a strategy to get you there. From refining your personal brand to approaching opportunities with confidence and clarity, this is career coaching that goes beyond the resume.
You're not just an expert in what you do. Let's make sure the right people know it.
College Transition Coaching
The jump from high school to college is a big one for any student. For neurodivergent teens, it can feel like the safety net disappears overnight - new environment, no one tracking assignments, no built-in structure, and suddenly full responsibility for managing it all.
This program helps teens and young adults prepare for that transition before it happens and navigate it successfully once it does. We work on building independent executive functioning skills, understanding and advocating for accommodations, managing time and workload without a parent or teacher as the safety net, and developing the self-awareness to ask for help when they need it.
The goal isn't just getting to college - it's thriving once you're there.
6-Week Thrive Program
You've spent years trying to make systems work that were never built for your brain. This is something different.
The Thrive Not Survive program is a six-week 1:1 coaching experience designed specifically for neurodivergent adults. Each week builds on the last — from understanding how your brain works in professional settings, to building communication systems, setting boundaries without guilt, and creating sustainable habits that actually stick.
This isn't about fixing you. It's about finally having a framework that works with you.
Neurodivergent Family Coaching
Every family has its own rhythm — but when one or more members are neurodivergent, the systems that work for most families often don't work for yours. Miscommunication, overwhelm, and conflict can become the default when no one has the right tools.
This program is built around your family as a whole. We'll create personalized routines, communication strategies, and organizational systems that respect how each person's brain actually works — not how it's "supposed" to work. The goal isn't a perfect household. It's a home where everyone feels understood, supported, and set up to thrive.
Every program is fully customized. No cookie-cutter plans — just real solutions that fit your real life.
Neurodivergent Teen Coaching
High school shouldn't feel like survival mode — but for many neurodivergent teens, it does. Between managing schoolwork, navigating social dynamics, and preparing for what comes next, the pressure is real. And traditional advice rarely works for brains that are wired differently.
This program meets teens where they are. Through a mix of 1:1 sessions and group experiences, we work on the executive functioning skills that underpin everything — organization, time management, task initiation, and planning — alongside emotional regulation, confidence-building, and starting to think about life beyond high school, whether that's college, career, or simply figuring out their direction.
Every program is personalized. No lectures, no one-size-fits-all planners — just real strategies built around how your teen's brain actually works.
Parents are part of the process too. We'll make sure everyone is supported and speaking the same language at home.
