The founder, Elyse, is a certified executive coach (ICF ACC) with over 25 years of experience in developing individuals to be the best version of themselves. Under her guidance, the coaching practice emphasizes empowerment, not just coping – helping clients build resilience, self-advocacy, and optimism about the future. Key offerings include one-on-one coaching for both family members and individuals, as well as dynamic workshops that foster peer support and practical learning.
