Allyson is a Drexel University architecture student and the creator behind Made By Moo, her handmade crochet business. She balances college, design work, and running a small business — so she knows what it means to turn creativity into something meaningful, even with a busy schedule!

She started Made By Moo from her love of crocheting and creating personalized pieces for the people around her. Today, she makes custom blankets designed around each customer, from choosing colors and patterns to adding names, meaningful words, and designs that make every piece one of a kind.

She strives to make Made By Moo feel personal from beginning to end. These aren't mass-produced blankets — each one is designed and crocheted by hand, stitch by stitch. Whether it's a wedding gift, baby blanket, keepsake, or simply something cozy for your home, the goal is to create something that feels completely you.

Through Made By Moo, Allyson gets to combine the things she loves most: creativity, design, and making something special for someone else.

Denel has been teaching fitness classes for 30 years and has several national certifications along with a masters degree in Exercise Science (not just a quick weekend certification). She has taught at the college level for 15 years. She is a working mom of 2 teenage girls - she knows what "busy" is!

 

She strives to create a welcoming fitness space for you. Sometimes it is hard to find a gym environment that is non-competitive, non-intimidating, and convenient. So she is helping you build your own! There are no required intense exercises. For example, as someone who deals with chronic pain/ fibromyalgia, burpees don't serve her body. You can always find options that work. Join the community if YOU have a chronic condition, joint pain, are just starting out, are overweight, or want to be challenged conveniently at your own pace.

In this class Marina leads from her heart to guide her students in a warm, compassionate, and caring manner.  In Yoga Nidra, you will be nourished with deep relaxation as Marina guides you to the innermost state of rest. Your body's healing ability will be heightened with Reiki while you indulge in a restorative reclined pose. It is her hope that people will leave her class feeling happier and more at peace. 

 

Marina has been practicing yoga since 1997. The feeling of peace and clarity of mind that yoga gives her is what she fell in love with. She is a Reiki Master, certified yoga teacher and certified in Yoga Nidra.

Sarai, is the heart behind Glow From Within. Born and raised in New Jersey with Colombian roots, she is a mother of two beautiful boys and puppy Rosie, a wife to her best friend, and a business partner to the man she gets to do life with. Together, she and her husband manage businesses, build dreams, and navigate every season as a team.

 

Before Glow From Within, her world was rooted in marketing. She's always loved representing brands she truly believe in; brands with purpose, brands with soul. But deep down, she always knew she wanted something of her own… something meaningful.

 

And ironically, the answer was always right in front of her, right in her hands. Tea. For over 20 years, tea has been her constant companion. Her moment of calm. Her space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. Every time she sat with a warm cup, she would ask herself, “What does she really want to create?”

 

One day, it finally clicked: the thing she was looking for was the very thing she had been holding all along.

Kalyn Johnson Chandler is the founder and creative director of Effie’s Paper :: Stationery & Whatnot. Following a decade-long career as a lawyer, she transitioned to her passion for design and branding, launching a fashion style consultancy before creating Effie's Paper. 

 

As a self-taught graphic designer, Kalyn has built Effie's Paper into a distinctive lifestyle brand recognized for bold colors, sophisticated design and thoughtful details. Named in honor of Kalyn’s maternal grandmother, Mrs. Effie Hayes, who introduced her to the art of meaningful correspondence, the company has evolved into a nationally recognized brand creating colorful, motivational lifestyle accessories.

 

Central to the company's mission is female empowerment, advocacy and promoting equity for women of color. Effie's Paper has built an internship ecosystem designed to equip young women with tangible professional skills, reflecting Kalyn's commitment to lifting others as she climbs.

Rosie is the founder of Rosie’s Bloom Bar, a curated build-your-own bouquet experience created to bring people together through flowers and creativity. What started as a simple idea has grown into something she never imagined, introducing her to incredible people and giving her a newfound appreciation for the heart and hard work behind small businesses.

 

Rosie believes flowers are part of life’s moments—both the joyful and the difficult—and that the most meaningful bouquets are the ones you create yourself. Through this journey, she’s continued to grow alongside her business, learning something new every day and blooming into the woman she’s meant to become. Her hope is that every Bloom Bar leaves people with not only a beautiful bouquet, but a memory they’ll cherish.
