If you are local to Central NJ, we can arrange for in-person sessions, which are great for building a strong connection. However, we also ensure effective communication and connection through Zoom for remote sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all clients. Whether you prefer the convenience of virtual meetings or the personal touch of face-to-face interactions, we are here to support your family in thriving together.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused and practical. We work on strengths, habits, boundaries, communication, and strategies you can use right away in your career and daily life. Therapy is the better fit for mental health treatment or deeper healing work; coaching is here to help you move forward with structure, clarity, and momentum.

Who do you usually coach?

I coach all individuals (teens through adults) who identify as neurodivergent. You do not have to be officially diagnosed. Do I coach other people who are not? Absolutely!

Do I need an official ADHD or autism diagnosis to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin coaching with me. If you suspect you’re neurodivergent, identify that way, or simply know that the usual “just work harder” advice is not working, you’re welcome here. We can start with what you’re experiencing now and build practical support from there.

No, coaching is a private-pay service and is not billed through insurance. You can pay using the methods listed on the site, and I’m happy to answer any questions about payment before you book. If you’re looking for insurance-covered mental health treatment, therapy may be the better fit.
